At the end of Kalverstraat, along the flower market (near Piazza Munt), you arrive in Leidsestraat (which leads to Leidseplein) with, among many, shops and innovative design.
Chapter in deserves De Jordaan district and the area around the Plaza: antique shops, clothing and fancy at times quite bizarre surprise when you walk between the lanes that connect the ring of the three major channels. (A curiosity: many Dutch love decorate their windows as if they were windows, careful not to be confused for stores).
